At Sterling by Music Man, we want you to be fully satisfied with your instrument purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Instrument

  Carefully repack the instrument in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective padding to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring the RA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for condition and completeness, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
